OK, so I am trying to work out glucose concentration from a glucose oxidase method I did last week. I need to work a conversion so that concentration is read as mg/100cm3(cubed). The information I have to go on is absorbance at 550nm; it is reasonable to assume that absorbance is directly proportional to glucose concentration. To set this up proportionally (I think that's how this is done, I could be wrong) by what do I multiply/divide and how do I get these units? Is this actually really simple and I'm totally stupid and shouldn't even be studying chemistry? Do give an honest answer! Any feedback would be appreciated! Shocked
