Air is by volume:
78.1% nitrogen (N2)
20.9% oxygen (O2)
0.9% argon (Ar)
0.035% carbon dioxide (CO2 - variable)
There are also small amounts of water vapor and other gases.

| I guess that's not exactly the composition of air by chemical element, but you should be able to get that from what I listed.
