Hi,
I would like to detect anhydrid by thin layer chromatography, by an easy way, without using hydroxylamin or a mixture of a lot of products.
I would like to put a product with my anhydrid and to detect it with something like Iodine or H2SO4, or UV.
I tried to put anhydrid and Phenylethylamine hydrochloride and NaHCO3 to have an acetylation, but à the UV, I don't see a difference between this mixture and the other without anhydrid.
have you ideas for me?
thanx
