Did you mean to have only 1 Br on the last carbon?
If so, I am not 100% sure, but I think that it will be C4H10 and NaNBr2

the following reaction is possible. the two products are ethyl-allenes and ethylacetylenes.

CH3CH2CHBrCHBr+NaNH2======>CH3CH2C=C=CH2+CH3CH2C(triple bond)CH

personal I think yhat NaNH2 is a strong base with a small volume, that the reaction way could be preferably SN2.
