use avorgado's no.
i mol of a substance contains 6.02 x 10^23 number of that particle

the mole of any substance contain the same number of atoms, ions or molecules which is = 6.02x10^23
that is called Avogadro's number

The others who answered you assumed you know the mass of the element. If you don't know the mass, there is no way to answer the question.
