Hi there,
I am doing a computer project using parameter files to produce a treemap. I need to read in the various sections of the parameter file however, I do not know what the atom type abbreviations stand for ex. OHS, CTS, CBS, CPS, etc??
I need to take the values from the parameter file to produce the treemap that must visualize the components of the force fields. I do not know what's what in the file??
Can someone please help me!
