| hey guyz, does anyone here who are familiar with any computational software that can be use to calculate ring cavity size of a macrocycle?....specifically, macrocylcic diamide. I had a problem on how to calculate the ring size of my macrocylic diamide. The purpose of calculating the cavity size of my macrocycle is for me to look into the possible metal ions of which that ligand will be selective to based on their sizes. Any help will be highly appreciated. Thank you.
