help! i'm using back titration to calculate amt. of basic material in CaCO3 solution expressed as a percentage. 1g of calcium carbonate was put in a 400 mL beaker and was covered with 20 mLs distilled water.this was treated with 40 mLs HCl.when effervescence wsa complete, mixture was transferred to volumetric flask and diluted to mark. 25 MLs of the distilled mixture was titrated with 0.1M NaOH, using methyl orange indicator. HELP!!!
